Biking.ie are hosting an introduction to mountain biking in Ballinastoe Woods for National Trails Day on the 3rd of October 2010. They will be running two introductory classes- for FREE! The main aim is to slowly build up riders confidence on a mountain bike by demonstrating fundamental skills.

Kippure Estate are hosting a new developmental series in its grounds organised by the IMBRC and sponsored by the Cycle Inn. The XC MTB Development Summer Race Series to be held over the next few months on the estate and will be similar to the developmental series run earlier in the year.
