Contador tests positive for Clenbuterol at TDF

Ironman 70.3 series comes to Ireland in 2011

On September 4th 2011 the streets of Galway will be alive with Ireland’s first Ironman competition, all be it the shorter half Ironman version.   70.3 relates to the total distance for the half Ironman in miles (116 kms) – 1.2-mile (1.9 km) swim, 56-mile (90 km) bike ride, and 13.1-mile (21.1 km) run.

Epic Blast report
