Irish MTB rider Ryan Sherlock checks in from the Ras after yesterdays stage. Ryan is having a fantastic race showing good form and attacking well although his speciality is climbing which hasn’t been a big feature of the race yet. In the interest of continuity we won’t talk about todays stage other than to say that we are looking forward to Ryans post on it!
