Cycle Inn/Trajectoires Cycles rider Janos Köhler kicks off the Red Bull Road Rage season in Belgium this weekend 22nd May.

Red Bull Road Rage events are a unique series of events where racers race downhill at breakneck speed on closed road courses. Some riders use road bikes, others use mountain bikes with slick tyres and all are suited up in body armour and full face helmets.  Janos rides a road bike.  During practise for this event he suffered a blow out at 65 kph on a reconnaissance run.  Not for the faint of heart!

Hopes are high for Janos for the coming season after finishing 2nd in the final Road Rage event in Switzerland last year. After Belgium Janos will be flying to Latvia for the 2nd round on the 30th May. These two exciting new locations for the event both promise to be short, steep and technical courses with no room for error.
