On Sunday the 20th of September the final round of the 2009 World Cup Mountain bike series took place in Schladming, Austria.  Riding in the Downhill was Irish rider Ben Reid and here we have a video of Ben practising the course while wearing a chest cam.

A promising qualifying run saw him seeded 8th in the final, just behind World Champion Steve Peat but a wipe out on the course in his race run resulted in a disappointing 38th in the race and 34th final overall ranking.  The race was won by Sam Hill who claimed the overall series win too.
