Tarja Owens and Niall Davis will be staging training sessions for both kids and adults alike this weekend in South county Dublin.  Dun Loaghaire Rathdown county council’s “Active 8 family fun day” takes place in Shanganna Park near Shankill this Sunday. The event runs from 1-4pm and is free for all.

Also, a great little kids bike orienteering course and not to mention Tarja and Niall of All Mountain Experience. They will be running bike skills sessions running all day! So whether your a novice or expert there will be something for you.
