2009 Irish NPS XC MTB Sports category

Downhill Winter League round 3 preview

Details have emerged concerning the third round of the Downhill Winter League, taking place on the 8th of February.  The race venue is the popular Cloon Woods in Wicklow and the event is run by Epic.

Downhill Winter League Round 2 results

The second round of the Downhill Winter League took place this past weekend at Ballinascorney Woods.  A fantastic course yielded close racing in some categories with a fantastic turnout with 118 riders throwing themselves down the track at breakneck speed.

Day 1 of the Tour Down Under

The first major stage race of the year kicked off this morning in Adelaide, Australia amid blistering heat.  Three hours forty-five minutes later the peloton rolled across the finish line with last years defending champion leading the pack.

Lance Armstrong back racing. Astana announce independent drug testing programme.
