Details are beginning to emerge about the K-Cup 2009 race series. The series will be considerably different from its 2007-08 format with a change from the UCI international point level series.  This doesn’t mean that it will be in any way inferior, rather that the restrictions and requirements of running that kind of event are removed (prizes for elites don’t have to be as high etc.etc.)

The new series will move to the Summer with 3 dates provisionally proposed with all races in Wicklow.  They are June 21st, July 19th and August 23rd, so don’t book your holidays yet for those dates!  We will confirm as soon as we know more.  The series is being organised by Team Worc and will undoubtedly be of high quality.  We are looking forward to it already…
