Epic are organising a Kids spin will take place this Saturday at Djouce woods at 1pm.  This is the third kids day that the club have organised, the previous two have been a huge success.  The aim is to introduce kids safely to mountain biking and features a mixture of skills and riding.  All ages between 5 and 15 are catered for.

Riders are required to have a helmet, gloves, a rain jacket, change of clothes and a working bike capable of surviving the trails.  Parents are requested not to show up with children in baggy cotton tracksuits as these get sucked into chainrings and get heavy when wet.  3/4 combats or tights under baggy shorts are ideal.  Hoodies are also suggested as not suitable with a fleece under a light rain jacket recommended.
